This is perfect for the truck owner that is looking for the symmetry of a dual exhaust and actually isn't trying to spend likewise much coin on a new organization. And so we're gonna put our gloves on and our prophylactic spectacles, and we're gonna cut this pipe. Now we're gonna take our extension pipe, the uncut side that is narrow. We're gonna slide that over our Y-pipe. Make certain that you put a clamp on there. And we'll let that hang and we'll go our muffler on.We're gonna take our clamp with a hanger on there. We're gonna slide this onto this piping with our hanger facing towards the dorsum of the truck. And we're gonna take our muffler, selection that upwardly, slide it on. We're gonna support that with a pole jack. Now nosotros're gonna have this hanger, we're gonna slide it forward and go it into our hanger mountain. So we're gonna become back up to the front end and use a 9/16 socket just to tighten these two clamps up. That way, our exhaust doesn't shift around. So, next, we're gonna do the over-the-axle section for the passenger side. This is gonna have a precipitous kink hither. We're gonna send this ring over the axle. So we're gonna exercise that and install one of these clamps. One time you get that into the hanger, we're gonna install our clamp and connect the rest of our pipage. Then next, we're gonna place another clamp on the muffler. And so we'll install our driver side over the beam piping. This has a hanger on it and it is going to slide into the condom mountain on the crossmember.So earlier we go the rest of this driver-side axle piping on, and since we don't have a hanger on this side of the frame, MBRP provides united states with a hanger and the hardware to install. So we're gonna take a little black J-clip. Yous have a square pigsty and a round pigsty up there. We're gonna insert this J-clip through the square hole, into the circular hole, and so we're gonna attach this subclass up in that location.And so we're gonna install our tailpipe section, making sure that we slide that onto our frazzle and into this new hanger. I want to have 1 of our clamps and install it over the pipe. We're gonna go around tightening everything upwardly and accommodate the exhaust as needed. We're gonna utilize a ix/sixteen to tighten all these clamps up. Make sure that the pipes are fully inserted within of each other earlier you tighten the clamps up. To tighten this hanger up, we're gonna use a i/two inch ratchet. So once you get the exhaust all adapted and where you lot like it, the last matter we're gonna practise is install the tips. Now, you're gonna have a big bolt hither. We're gonna use a 5/16 Allen primal to tighten that up and get them where nosotros want.So after you have this system fully installed, you wanna drive your truck around for a little while and and then recheck all those clamps.
